Once a year, a technician will come out and complete a visual 50-point inspection of your home to help maintain your home's health and prevent costly repairs down the line.

Every quarter we will visit your home and replace your HVAC filter to ensure your heating and cooling system runs efficiently while maintaining clean indoor air quality.

While onsite for our quarterly visits we will replace any burnt out bulbs with standard LED light bulbs*.

*Limit 5 light bulbs per year. Additional light bulbs may be replaced for an added cost of labor & materials. Specialty bulbs can be supplied upon request for an additional fee.

• Subscriptions are a 1-year commitment.
• Subscription contract may be terminated prior to the end of the 1-year commitment if the home is sold and the buyer does not wish to continue with the subscription.
• For VIP clients, urgent visits do not roll over to the next year.
• No water heater flushes between November and March due to potential freezing temperatures.
• An urgent visit is a priority scheduling option for issues that require attention within 24 to 48 hours. These visits are reserved for time-sensitive problems that, while not life-threatening or requiring emergency services, could lead to further damage, safety concerns, or major inconvenience if not addressed promptly. We do NOT offer 24-hour or emergency after-hours services. 
• Cost of standard LED light bulbs and batteries is included in the subscription cost. Specialty bulbs can be provided for an added cost.
• Standard-sized HVAC filters included (4 per year), odd sizes can be provided for an additional cost.
• Seasonal checks are CHECKS no repairs will be completed.
• Pets must be secured for the duration of your appointment.
• Children must be kept out of the work area for safety purposes.
