You'll receive a comprehensive 50-point annual inspection with a detailed report, plus we'll handle those routine tasks that are easy to forget but critical for your home's health. With quarterly HVAC filter replacements and up to 5 LED bulb and smoke/CO detector battery changes per year, your home stays safe, efficient, and well-maintained.

Essential care plus hands-on support when you need it.

Get everything in our Essentials tier PLUS a full day of professional labor each year to tackle those projects on your to-do list. Our Premium tier includes seasonal home health checks in spring and fall, covering window and door seals, exterior caulking, and visual gutter inspections. We'll also clean your dryer vent annually to keep your home safe and energy-efficient. With 8 hours of skilled labor at your disposal (minimum 1 hour per visit), you can finally cross those nagging repairs off your list.

Complete home care with priority service and maximum peace of mind.

Our most comprehensive offering provides white-glove home care with a detailed 100-point inspection, personalized repair plan, and 16 hours of professional labor annually. Beyond all Premium benefits, VIP members enjoy priority service with one FREE urgent visit per year (a $250 value), expanded light bulb service (up to 10 LED bulbs), and enhanced seasonal maintenance including crawlspace monitoring and central vacuum service. We'll also maintain your AC condenser, flush your hot water heater annually, and manage your crawlspace vents seasonally.

Subscription Details*

Subscriptions are a 1-year commitment.
Subscription contract may be terminated prior to the end of the 1-year commitment if the home is sold and the buyer does not wish to continue with the subscription.
For VIP clients, urgent visits do not roll over to the next year.
No water heater flushes between November and March due to potential freezing temperatures.
An urgent visit is a priority scheduling option for issues that require attention within 24 to 48 hours. These visits are reserved for time-sensitive problems that, while not life-threatening or requiring emergency services, could lead to further damage, safety concerns, or major inconvenience if not addressed promptly. We do NOT offer 24-hour or emergency after-hours services.
Cost of standard LED light bulbs and batteries is included in the subscription cost. Specialty bulbs can be provided for an added cost.
Seasonal checks are CHECKS no repairs will be completed.
Pets must be secured for the duration of your appointment.
Children must be kept out of the work area for safety purposes.
